Dr Austin shows concern for his patients. His staff is always kind explaining the pre-exam as it occurs. They go over changes in medication, general complaints, and any noticeable changes in eyesight. Dr Austin gave me the most complete exam and then explained the results and answered my questions. I'm handicapped and the help and kindness I receive is so appreciated.

The check-in process was quick. The frontend staff was friendly and prompt. The backend staff was curious, polite, and knowledgeable. My doctor, Dr.M, was great. She knew what was going on the moment she walked on the room. I would suggest New Eyes for anyone looking for ocular care.

The wait was short and there was very little time when I was sitting around waiting for someone to check me or test me or whatever before Dr. Austin came in to check me out. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and it was one of the shortest visit I have ever had, and my eyes were dilated on this visit!
