From the beginning the receptionist is awesome! They are pretty accurate on wait times. She helps the techs with getting colors and setting up or cleaning. Sandy is the best tech, I've tried a few different ones but I find she has been the best overall, each have their own qualities and regulars as I've noticed. Sandy goes above and beyond for my nails when I ask her for special request designs. I make sure to come to her when I have a special event and want my nail designs a certain way. She's done my nails for my bad bunny , karol g, snow tha product and my neice's birthday with baby shark theme. She's done amazing every time. I randomly decided to try a new nail salon and stopped here. My pedicure was great and Tian(not sure I spelled her name correctly) was so sweet! The oranges they use for a pedicure were refreshing! I recommend and will be backService: Pedicure

There is nothing wrong with this place- I did not give 5 stars because there wasn’t anything that stood out. No “wow” factor.With the over saturation of nail salons in the city, im looking for a place that goes above and beyond for my $50 pedicure.To be fair, this place did have options of upgrades and they were reasonable. However, they weren’t especially busy and it just felt rushed.I opted for the Hot stone massage and it was not very relaxing. The Hot Towel wasn’t very hot and they didn’t let me enjoy it. They just went too fast. and there was no one waiting.What I did find unique was there was a gal who seemed to assist the technicians with various things....read full review
