First of all the company was great, As a grandfather and bringing his kids down there, you could imagine how worried I am after getting on the phone with the Owner Of company. I feel very comfortable. Do you recommend recommended a few people? I told her which one I wanted her name is Madison and she was unbelievable after the first 15 minutes with her I knew I had nothing to worry about to chat with my grandkids during the day at the pool. And then a night time when we went to dinner and then come back Bill almost midnight or a little after every night we trusted her 100% she called that she gave us update was a wonderful experience
I would truly recommend this company with the background checks , And again, very professional and I can't say more about Madison. She was wonderful if she didn't have a a child I would invite her to move in here with my son and daughter-in-law to take care of the kids. That's How good she was

We booked a sitter for our visit to Vegas. I was recommended this agency by a friend. Everything from booking, communication and organisation was first class. Our sitter was the amazing Madison and our son absolutely loved spending time with her. She really understands children and really connects with them. She turned up each evening with a wagon of goodies from arts and crafts to science experiments - our son speaks of her often a couple of months later. She’s wonderful. Our experience was 10 out of 10.

We had a great experience with Platina dog-sitting for us in our Vegas hotel room! The agency was able to find us a last-minute pet-sitter after we had some complaints about our dogs barking. I was a little nervous, but everything went great, and this experience even made me a little more trusting of new people in general! Platina was very sweet with our dogs and kept them from barking. She was also very patient when we arrived back later than expected. We would definitely use Nanny's & Granny's again!

We had the pleasure of booking Madison for three nights (in a row) while we’re staying in Vegas. I cannot say enough to express my sincerest gratitude to her for taking the very best care of my daughter.
I was nervous but as soon as she walked in with her Mary Poppins bag of goodies, a weight was lifted! My little one ran over to her and was excited to see what she brought. When I saw the joy in her eyes, and how genuine Madison was, I knew I was leaving her in good hands.
Madison gave us updates throughout the night, and was able to get my little one down without me having to come back. My husband and I were so impressed. We also felt like we could really enjoy our evenings together.
Madison is punctual, professional, knowledgeable about child development, full of tips and tricks, and most importantly a kind and caring caregiver. I told my hubs we have to go back to Vegas just to see her again. We highly recommend her.
Also, the staff at Granny and Nanny’s are top-notch. I had lots of questions and they answered them promptly and reassured us that they would be able to meet our needs, and they delivered!

Madison was great to work with. She was flexible and ready to work with my son with special needs. Madison gave me updates which helped me feel confident he was safe and comfortable. When our plans ran later than we originally planned, Madison was happy to work with us. I would use Nannies and Grannies again and would not hesitate to request Madison.

This was our first time using this service for our one year old twin boys. Madison was fantastic and we were able to enjoy a few much needed dinners and drinks while she came to our hotel to watch our boys. We will definitely be using her again on our next trip to Vegas!

This is an incredible service! We were a little nervous but they walked us through the whole process from the very beginning. Irene was absolutely wonderful with our two boys. They are 1 and 2 years old and are very busy! They loved Irene! She was very attentive and playful. The boys were well fed, changed, and tucked peacefully in bed each night when we got back. We appreciate this service and Irene so much for giving us some adult time and peace of mind with our babies on our vacation!!!!

I have a wonderful experience with Nanny 's and Granny. This is the first time I using their service and to be honest I was skeptical because I very particular who babysitting my kids. We stayed at palazoo and Nanny's and Granny's is one of their preferred vendor. I also checked online the review and they are highly rated .
I have Kala as my sitter for both my kids age 7+ and 4+. She is super good with her communication. We have booked the service from 3pm-9pm. Kala arrived 15 min early and bring two big bags of activities bags with her. My kids having a blast with her. They even asked me can we have Kala again next time. She also update with me the kids. I will surely book this service again and request for Kala again!
