DO NOT TRUST THIS GIRL WITH YOUR DOG, SHE DID SOMETHING TO MY FRIENDS DOG’s EYE AND BROUGHT HIM BACK IN THE MORNING WITH THE POOR DOG IN PAIN WITH HIS EYE CLOSED NO APOLOGY … THEN CUSSED MY FRIEND OUT AND BLOCKED HER. THE DOG CANT OPEN HIS EYE. THIS IS NOT THE PERSON TO TRUST WITH YOUR PETS.

I stopped by here and had a great convo with an employee encouraging to bring my dogs by to be groomed. Just tried to call today and who ever answered my call had a ton of attitude. Apparently they don't have someone to do large dogs. The girl gave me attitude because I didn't realize a mini Aussie isn't a "small dog." When did opinion on what a small dog is give the right to talk to customers like that? Was planning on switching here since it's so close but nevermind.

This place is a DUMP. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dog groomer. They have poor customer service and it is the worst haircut my dog has ever received. Oh and her punchcard SCAM, that’s exactly what it is a scam

I have taken Jack to many groomers in town, My Dog Groomer is by far hands down the best , They're friendly and I can be assured that Jack is safe and well taken care of when he is with them, very affordable and I have never seen the grooming area messy or unsanitary, Thank you for your excellent service.

ZERO STARS!!! BEWARE!!! THEY LOST OUR DOG!!! Took our dog here to be groomed & get a call saying he got off the leash and they couldn't go look for him because they had other dogs to groom!! This was at Durango and Warm Springs! After hours of looking with no help from the business, thankfully a woman found him in the middle of Durango and was able to contact us!! When asked for the business license and a business card they said they didn’t have it on them!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!! SUCH A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!

It's OK. Somewhat disappointed on Poodle head and leg scissoring. Nice mobile van. Nice people. Won't use again though. Sorry.

This place was amazing. My dog was finished in a very short time, only 2 hrs. And she looked amazing! This was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

My rescue dog has minimal trust in people, especially when it comes to grooming, so I've always done it myself. Kota had me bring him to her after many failed attempts at home nail care. He let her cut his nails, bathe him, and remove so much of his shedding fur without issue. Loving my clean pup and loving not having to struggle with his nails! Thanks a bunch!! He even sat for a photo knowing he looks and feels good!

I have been bringing my fur baby to this place for the past three years and never had any issues up until the last two visits. Prior to this last visit I believe they confused my Benji with a different Benji. So when I brought him there, the lady started accusing me of costing them business because they were expecting two dogs. I only own one dog. Because of this mix up, Benji did not receive his normal haircut. The weird thing is that I had an email confirmation so technically, they should've had the right information down. The last visit was an absolute nightmare. They normally call 30-45min prior to the expected pickup time and collect payment over the phone. When I received the phone call I found it weird that payment wasn't asked for over the phone and before the girl could hang up, I offered to pay and she said that they would collect payment there. Didn't think much of it now that Covid is coming to an end. When I arrived, the groomer said there was a small issue that day and that she accidentally cut Benji. She advised me to take him to the veterinarian right away to get antibiotics. When she brought him out to me I was baffled to see a lot of dry blood on him. I rushed him to his normal vet and thankfully they took him in right away. I have attached photos of his cut and as you can see, it wasn't just a little nick, it's a deep cut. I understand that mistakes happen, but what infuriates me is the fact this happened AT LEAST 45min prior to me knowing this happened because that's when I received the call to inform me when he would be ready. Because of the location and how deep the cut was, it took three weeks to heal which entailed three vet visits. Granted, all vet visits were paid for. The owner called me two days after the incident to apologize which was nice but he mentioned that he wish I didn't pay for the vet visit because now he has to write a check/doesn't know how to get the money to me and could've gotten a discount, twice. He made it seem like it was such a big hassle for a mistake made on their end? The second vet visit I had let them know that I was taking Benji to the vet earlier than expected because the cut was getting worse. They were quick to reply and said to have the vets office call them so they could pay over the phone and everything went smoothly. The third visit I messaged them at 8:44am to let know that Benji had an appointment and wanted to know that if payment was needed, if they wanted to do it over the phone like the last time, but there was no response. I finally called at 9:18am, almost 35min after the initial text, and immediately the phone was answered. I was already beyond annoyed because for the past 2-3 weeks I had missed some days of work to cater to him, had to give him medicine twice a day with food (meaning I had to hand-feed him because of his cone), and clean his wound twice a day, yet they made me feel like I was being the burden to them? Also, his grooming service was incomplete which was never mentioned to me and his front paw nails were never trimmed despite keeping him a minimum of 45min after cutting him. To end this review, it would have been nice to receive a follow up call from the owner being the fact that this cut took three weeks to heal before the vet said everything looked okay. Again, mistakes happen, but this issue could have been handled better in my opinion.
