Bro installed locks in March, I was not there to see anything, because it's my 2nd home.i arrived in July I opened the door, I couldn't get my key out.
Bro came out, & demanded another payment, I thought he would fix his mess as a common curtesy, bro was all about money, not quality or service, I'm also permanently disabled.
Bro took off, left the key in a worse situation, where the key was no longer able to turn, bro jammed the lock, perhaps it was on purpose, because I refused to pay.
Originally I was charged a hefty price.
The other reviews who gave bro one star are 100% correct.
STAY AWAY
This locksmith is totally incompetent and argumentative. He returned to fix an item and made it worse, then claimed it wasnt his fault. ( in fact it was a poor installation, so it was )
Service as service, nothing special, skill of technician is doubtful. Repair over facetime is awesome. Price is too high and unfounded. In general don’t recommend if u don’t want ur money to be stolen. #I230828268
