Josh and Ivan were great. Josh responded late at night on a Saturday when I submitted an appointment request and was here Sunday morning to check out the AC. Super honest, and fast service. Ivan was really great, old AC was removed and new AC was up and running in less than 2 hours. He made sure everything was running smooth (and cold) before he left.
Mr. Cool’s warranty department was absolutely amazing. The compressor in my AC broke. I contacted the warranty department and they immediately responded to my concerns. The department handled my situation with haste and was able to ship out the necessary parts immediately. Thank you Lauren and your team. You guys are the best.
This is the best company we have worked with by far. The scheduling and customer service team was excellent. The owner, Josh was prompt to come look at our AC system and diagnose the issue. He was knowledgeable, direct, and efficient. His team was professional, they worked hard replacing 4 of our AC units and ensured everything was running properly. I can’t say enough good things about everyone at this company. I’m really grateful for all of their hard work, fair pricing, and professionalism.
