I’ve had my AC unit repaired two times with Mr. Cool Heating & Air Conditioning. Joe came out both times and he is very polite and professional. He is very very knowledgeable and honest. Their prices are great too. I didn’t spend as much as I thought I was going to spend. He is very understanding and works with you, and explains everything to you. They truly care and do everything possible to fix it right away. I had one of my AC units replaced and the second time I had my air handler replaced. Their warranty is great too. I really recommend this company.
Contacted Mr Cool to come check out my two AC units prior to summer use. One was installed by Mr Cool in Aug 2023, but the other has been up on the roof since Feb 2004. The older unit was showing its age after 21 years in the Vegas sun. I decided to replace this unit. When I asked Joe, the technician, when they could swap the AC unit out I was surprised when he said he would be back within about 3 hours with a crew, a crane and the new AC unit.
