This location was not welcoming or friendly at all. Coming in here felt very transactional. Almost as if I were at a drive thru McDonald's dealing with teenagers who hated dealing with ppl and zero communication skills. While entering the location I was not welcomed or greeted in any way. The women Cheyenne checking me in didn't say hello welcome or even give any eye contact just whats the name? Sign in and have a seat. Then the assistant was exactly the same. No eye contact no personality just sit down take your pics and well look at what's going on. Thankfully this was just a routine checkup. I would not trust them to do the job with the lack of care or interest these ppl carry. To say the least this will be the last time visiting here.

I saw Brody and Dr. Kim today for X-rays/dental cleaning and I had a great experience. I’ve been coming here for years and I feel like the staff is always kind and they take good care of me.

How sad they charged a same day cancellation to a long time patient. Then they booked a visit with the cleaning saying I would have to pay for it. Think I’ll be switching back to where I used to go even tho it’s farther from me.

Dr. Carlo and RDH Jamie are absolutely amazing. Patient focused care with lots of compassion, laughs, and smiles. Dental exams and cleanings are always a treat with how professional and personable everyone is. I highly recommend anyone at this office for dental care.

When I last went to the dentist, I had Dr. Kim and her assistant Brody. Brody was one of the best assistants I’ve had my entire time going there and truly made me love my experience at the dentist that day. Dr. Kim was also extremely helpful and kind and made my dentist experience wonderful as well ☺

I’ve actually had great experiences coming to this dentist office for my cleanings, but I have been disappointed in their professionalism. This office is very busy where their first available appointment is a few months out. But several times in the past year and a half, this office has rescheduled my appointment due to the dentist no longer being available that day. They would call me ~2 weeks before my appointment, and reschedule me months out. I’d say it happened 3 or 4 times in a row! This postponed my dentist appointment for well over a year.
On 2/19/26, I had an appointment scheduled at 1pm. Finally! One that hadn’t been rescheduled. Earlier that morning, I had another Dr’s appt scheduled at 9am that took way longer than I anticipated, I was there for almost 4 hours. Right before my EKG, it was approaching 1pm. I decided to call this dentist office to see if they could accept me arriving late, or if they had availability to squeeze me in anytime that day. The lady on the phone was cold, stating they have a strict 15 minute grace period. I said, “well shoots, I don’t think I’ll make it there in time. I guess, can we just go ahead and reschedule me for another date?” Except the cold lady on the phone proceeds to tell me that it’ll cost me $25 to reschedule. Whaaaat?!! I explain to her that I’ve already been rescheduled like 3/4 times, not by my choice, and ask if she would be ok with rescheduling me anyways without the fee. She said she couldn’t do that. I asked if she could please reach out to a manager or something to ask for me. She said she would, but I never heard back.
I just feel like if they want to charge $25 to reschedule me, then please run me my $75 check! Anyways… I’ve accepted that I won’t be going back here. Not with all the rescheduling and policies they have.
