To be fair…they did contact me & make it right. She was very apologetic.Not at all happy with the service we received as a first time customer. The amount that I paid for what my friend received is very upsetting! It looks like the arrangement was tipped over in transport possibly. A lot of the flowers were bent over and broken and no rhyme or reason to the arrangement, just thrown together and delivered is how it appeared. I have emailed the flower shop to let them know we are very unhappy, and have not heard back as of yet. I do not like to have to leave these types of reviews, but this is just the way it was. Great local flower shop! I ordered three different bouquets and they looked just like the pictures online and my friends really enjoyed them. The staff that's creating the bouquets are also delivering so the won't always be able to answer the phone but they worked hard to make sure my delivery happened the day and time it was supposed to. Overall I had a good experience!

Thank you to Lola's flowers for helping us honor my most Beautiful Aunt at her funeral service today. Shannon and her husband made the most beautiful heart and wreath sprays. I ordered these from California. She was so accommodating and made them so special. Thank you again Shannon for helping our family with these beautiful arrangements.
