JIMMY AND MIGUEL! If you're looking for flooring anywhere in the Las Vegas area, look no further than Vegas Flooring Outlet — they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We did a full townhome renovation in Henderson with luxury vinyl plank throughout, new baseboards, and stairs, and every step of the process exceeded our expectations.
It started with Jimmy, who came out first and immediately set the tone. The consummate professional — he brought samples, patiently walked us through every option, and helped us land on exactly the right plank for our home. No pressure, just genuine expertise and care.
Then there's Miguel, who led the install crew and is hands down one of the best in the business. His attention to detail is extraordinary and the finished floors are flawless. What really set him apart was his communication — he brought every single question straight to us so nothing was ever decided without our input. As a busy working family who couldn't be on-site for every detail, we trusted Miguel completely with our home, and he earned every bit of that trust.
Jimmy and Miguel even went above and beyond when it mattered most: when our custom dry bar cabinets weren't ready in time, rather than let it become a problem, Miguel worked directly with our cabinet maker to cut the flooring to the exact footprint — and he's coming back to finish the quarter round once they're installed. That's the kind of care and follow-through you almost never see anymore.
I sincerely cannot say enough about Jimmy and Miguel. I miss texting them every day, as they felt like family!

Love, love, love Vegas Flooring Outlet. They are reliable, on time, have great products and outstanding service. I checked all around town for the best materials and price to replace all of my flooring in my 1200 sq ft condo and these guys beat everyone. I replaced all carpet, baseboards and tile. They completed all of the work (including moving all of my furniture) in four days. I am extremely happy with my new floors They are just beautiful!
