The staff is willing to help and answer questions about Oriental Medicine. Patients say the doctor is sweet, smart, sociable, and provides wonderful acupuncture. Many note the doctor’s knowledge, experience, and nurturing energy. Treatments help with rare conditions such as neck pain and shoulder recovery for patients training. The doctor studied in China at a TCM university and accepts most insurance plans. Patients report relief from pain, no hurting, and excellent care with time spent speaking and understanding their issues. The clinic is recommended for those whose western medicine cannot resolve their problems.
Dr. Zhang’s office is clean, sanitary, and professional. I was a patient of Dr. Zhang several years ago and recently returned for treatment. The treatment itself was positive, and the clinic environment was comfortable.
However, my experience with the front desk was less satisfactory. I received unclear information regarding fees and services prior to my appointment. After my treatment, I was informed that the charge for a new patient visit was $155, which was not clearly explained in advance.
Overall, I had a good experience with Dr. Zhang and would return for treatment, but I recommend confirming all fees and appointment details beforehand.
My first time with acupuncture and love it. The Doctor is wonderful - she really is concerned about the reason you are seeing her. For me it's was lower back and right hip! Western medicine needs to be more welcoming to Eastern practices. So relaxing I fell asleep! My visits are over and feel great. Zero complaints. I will miss my naps ! The receptionist greets you with a smile also!
I have seen Dr. Zhang now for four visits. And, I can see much improvement in my condition. She studied in China at a TCM university and has done acupuncture for a number of years. Each time I see her I can feel her nurturing energy and compassion. I am grateful to have found her. Two of the deciding factors in choosing her was that she accepted most insurance plans and that she studied at a Traditional Chinese Medicine school in China. If you are having issues that western medicine cannot resolve try this with an open mind.
