Sean came to give a quote for tankless water heater. He is very thorough & went over his recommendation. I did not feel any pressure in him upselling anything I didn't need. As soon as I told him my decision. Sean called Anthony & his team came to install the new unit. Anthony's team was amazing & respectful while on property.
