Weirdly condescending for no reason? I was trying to explain that i had powder on my natural nail and not acrylic that i got done elsewhere and that i wanted just regular gel. They thought that can’t be possible just because they don’t do that here. As if Im too stupid to know what happened on MY NAILS. They acted like what i said was the most confusing thing in the world and kept trying to correct me? And once we finally got to an understanding they both spoke in their language and laughed at me.Telling me I dont know what im talking about and then throwing in a joke like im too stupid to understand tone and context. Awesome customer service lol

I’ll confess, I come here solely for Van. Van has been my nail whisperer for years and when she relocated to Las Vegas, I followed her here.Van can do the most elaborate nails and her technique is always flawless. She does, hands down, the most amazing acrylics I’ve ever had. Quoted $15 ended up paying $40 plus tip. It was a simple removal of polish, reshape and polish. The work was good, pleasant people, nice place but felt a little rushed and I felt I overpaid.Services: Polish removal
