I recieved my 200 RYT certification in July 2018 through Yoga Is alive Yoga Teacher Training. It was absolutely an amazing experience. Working with Kieta, I became more confident in my practice, more comfortable teaching and I learned so much spiritually. I received my 200hr RYT certification in July 2018 with Yoga Is Love Teacher Training. Working with Kieta was absolutely amazing. During this train gin I learned so many helpful things about alignment, modifications and the in depth meaning of yoga. I completed my training feeling more confident in my practice, more comfortable with teaching and spiritually conscious.
