I had an excellent experience with this company’s staff from start to finish. Unfortunately I don’t know the desk clerk’s name but she was professional, efficient and friendly! She was able to set up a tow for my car within the hour which by the way was $25 cheaper than my insurance (I didn’t have tow assistance coverage). Eric the driver was also professional, friendly and right on time:). Thank you guys so much! You made it all so easy for me. I appreciate you guys and will recommend you!

Eric was AWESOME!!! Dispatch said it would be about an hour before they got to me when it was 110° outside. Eric was there in half that time. He got me home, backed my Dodge truck into the carport and dropped it right where it needed to be, Eric was very helpful and expedient. Very good guy and great conversation on the way home!
There should be more Eric’s in this world!!!

I don't remember the man's name who came out to give me gas late on a Friday night, but he risked life and limb for me and I am truly grateful. I do remember his pink sneaks though. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ❤️
