Dr. Alexander is such a professional he's always making sure that you are informed of your needs. Staff here is friendly and helpful. It's always clean and comfortable. I always feel comfortable and safe here.
I am only sharing my experience, thus far, with Maya who answered the phone quickly was both professional and personable.Maya answered all my questions effectively and efficiently, and provided fax # for my primary to fax med recs.After reading all the reviews (good & bad) the good outweigh the bad, and also, appear more current. Also, there are even responses to some poor reviews ... Offering apologies, accountability, and a willingness to resolve and move forward.I am feeling very hopeful about this pain management facility, and will write another review after having completed my initial appointment.
Staff members were awesome and I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor, which is bonus!Dr Alexander was not only professional, but very informative. He didn't seem rushed, like many doctors are nowadays. He took time to give me all the info I needed, answered all my questions, and was also very kind. I really appreciate whenever I'm not rushed in and out of the doctor's office like I'm just another number. Thank you Dr Alexander and team!!
