I've been a customer at Las Vegas Pain and Spine Center for several years now. I've seen several PA's (and a doctor) come and go with mixed results. I've had Chrystal Taylor for some time now and I have to say that she's literally the best PA that I've interacted with to date. Chrystal is always pleasant, friendly and attentive to my concerns. Whenever I discuss my pain concerns with Chrystal I always feel that she has my best interest in mind and will discuss the best course of action. PA Crystal Taylor is my husband’s, George K, provider. She is awesome! Very detailed and attentive as well as compassionate and competent. We highly recommend her if you have back issues.
Be prepared to give a urine sample. The urine test is for seeing if you take other controlled substances. This place has under its roof nearly all pain treatments. And more than likely you will be asked to get radiology tests so the Dr can see what's going on that's causing your pain. Arrive earlier than your appointment to fill out extensive paperwork. You will need your ID and medical insurance info.
