Be prepared to give a urine sample. The urine test is for seeing if you take other controlled substances. This place has under its roof nearly all pain treatments. And more than likely you will be asked to get radiology tests so the Dr can see what's going on that's causing your pain. Arrive earlier than your appointment to fill out extensive paperwork. You will need your ID and medical insurance info.
I highly recommend Las Vegas spine and pain center. I see Dr. Valencia for my neurology and she has been life changing for me. I have been suffering from migraines for many many years and she is the first Doctor Who has actually listened to everything I have had to say, and has taken everything into consideration. I am now able to do so many more things that I was unable to do prior. I also see NP Peter and he is definitely somebody who listens to everything that I have had to say and has also made my life a lot better. The office staff is great at getting you checked.
I've never enjoyed going to see my doctor. Dr Rubin makes you feel like family. He is an amazing man who is more than a doctor. He always goes the extra mile to make sure his patient is well taken care of. I'm so blessed to have him as my doctor.
