I made an appointment for a skin cancer screening which should have been no cost to me with my insurance as it’s considered preventative. They billed my insurance for an office visit and therefore I was charged $134 and they refused to correct this for me. Won’t be back.

Jasmine, My and Crystle were extremely courteous, efficient and professional. I've had a few visits and treatments already, my provider Dr. Eberhard Maendel is the absolute best! Office is clean and organized. Prescriptions are placed promptly. Appointment availability is great. And the whole clinic has an overall great vibe, both towards their clients and the the way the workers interact amongst themselves.

ALYSSA at the check in/front desk is extremely unpleasant. Dark hair and brows for further context. She should really consider the fact that not everyone walking through these doors is excited about their visit and her ugly attitude does not make it any better. She needs to be re-trained in customer service. The gentleman alongside her- Stevens (written on the board behind him) was lovely and took the time to explain a few things to me about my insurance in a professional tone.

Made an appt weeks ago to have a few skin tags removed. After receiving several text messages from this office, I verified my appointment several times and showed up on time, only to have them cancel because the doctor who was supposed to remove my skin tags apparently moved to a different office. They failed to inform me UNTIL I ARRIVED!! What a waste of my time. Huge disrespect. I will not be using their services again.

I would 1000% recommend Dr. Alyssa Oliver she cares so much and professional I absolutely love her. She took care of my skin health and my cyst within just one to a few visits that I have been asking for years to get done. Specially after having a bad experience with Dr. Michaels. The front desk is great however there can be some drama but that's normal for anywhere you go. The wait time is not long at all I have been lucky with a short wait time with Dr. Oliver however whenever I had appointments with Dr. Michaels it was a longer wait. Anywho, I love this place and I would follow Dr. Oliver anywhere she goes.

The reason I gave four stars is because I was supposed to see Dr. Michael’s, but she had left the practice

Honestly I hated the experience. It was my first time at this facility or at a dermatologist. I went in for acne that’s pretty serious. I was seen by Doctor Logan Sussman. The consultation was the shortest one i’ve ever had, it did not last for more than 5 minutes. Dr. Sussman came in looked at my face and asked if i wanted to take oral or topical medication. I was taken aback because he hadn’t asked me anything about my history with acne, any medical questions like allergies or medical history. He barely even looked at me while he was there. I asked him what he recommended since I had never gone to a dermatologist and i hadn’t done any research on oral medication and i’ve only applied creams to help. He didn’t even explain it at all, he only replied saying that we could try topical medication and if it didn’t work in 12 weeks we could switch to oral. I was pretty confused why he was being so dismissive since i tried to ask other questions and he spoke over me. Honestly he did not have any care to help me. He just wanted to be in and out since the consultation lasted less than 5 minutes. He said he’d write the prescription and he vaguely explained how to apply it then he left. Prior to the appointment the office has you check in online and they ask you questions regarding medical history which i filled out two day before my appointment. I have a serious inflammatory medical condition that i made known in this check in. Again, in my consultation Dr. Sussman did not ask my about anything medical. When i picked up the medication today and read the instructions pamphlet, one of the drugs specifies contradictions to individuals with with a history of ulcerative colitis which i suffer from. The pamphlet advised against the use of this gel if individuals suffer from ulcerative colitis. I’m shocked at the negligence this doctor has shown to not care enough to ask just in case and prescribing it. I had no idea a topical cream could affect a health issue like this but he as a doctor should be aware and should take it into consideration. I’m not much for reading the long pamphlets but since diagnosed with my condition i’ve been more careful. I’m incredibly disappointed in this doctor and his negligence as a health professional as well as this facility. I hope to get in contact with them soon to bring this to their attention so it doesn’t happen with anyone else.
