We had a water heater burst and Las Vegas Restoration LLC showed up fast—exactly when we needed them.
They handled the immediate damage right away and got the remediation process started without any delays. Not only that, they came back promptly to install a new water heater, and everything was done professionally and without any hassle.
A couple of days later, once everything had properly dried out, they returned and finished the drywall remediation. The whole process felt organized and smooth from start to finish.

We had a water problem in our kitchen. I called a friend of mine and he mentioned and recommended Las Vegas Restoration. I called them for the work that I needed to have done in the kitchen to mitigate the water issue. Nubar, owner of Las Vegas Restoration LLC came out to looked at and sent out his estimate professional to see what needed to be done. Needless to say, He and his entire crew were terrific. They mitigated the water problem. They set a time to begin work, and was at our property at the selected time. When our upstairs air conditioner decided to leak over the summer, water poured through the attic, ruining the insulation, soaking the ceiling, and dripping down onto my stair case. I asked around to see if anyone I know has a referral. I was referred to LV Restoration and gave them a call.
I spoke with Nubar who was very quick to set up an emergency visit and provided a thorough explanation of the process. Once he arrived, analysis of the moisture in my ceiling and walls was done right away with a thermal camera which also showed us that the water had leaked all the way down to my kitchen ceiling!
