Be wary of this company. They charged for an extension that was never approved. When it was brought to their attention, everything was amicable with them agreeing to process a refund that would hit our account in 7-10 business days. After months of following up, we finally received a partial refund, but we cannot get anybody at Las Vegas Party Rentals to call us back about the balance of the refund. At this point, I am required to call every day hoping that someone will talk to me. There have been multiple promises of callbacks, but to-date, we have received NONE.

I cannot recommend this company enough. The communication was impeccable, it was such a seamless experience, but most of all the owners were so kind and made our experience incredibly stress free. The website was so easy to use and pick up/delivery was so easy. I would recommend these wonderful ladies a thousand times over again. You won’t regret it!

I was not gonna leave a review because I have used this company for years. But seeing the situation this last year, I have given them enough grace.I am going to definitely leave a review now. Buckle up cause here we go. Every christmas my husband and I use this company for our annual christmas party. The last couple of years, the tables and chairs have been looking a little beat up. Of course I have used the linens to cover everything up, and we have just overlooked it.Not this year!! First off, the guys came. They rolled the tables across our front street. And into our backyard, the tables were cracked and had sharp staples sticking out of them , My husband had to literally use drywall, screws and wood to put the tables together. Because our party was that night. The tables were falling apart. They were filthy, the chairs were filthy. They gave us chair covers that were white.Our colors were white and blue.The chair covers were ripped , and the legs were popping out of the chair covers a lot of stuff was stained, meaning the chair covers. And some of the tablecloths were stained from previous parties that have been rented to. ( I HAVE TONS OF PICTURES 📸 THAT I SENT THEM ) Then, to leave further insult to injury, we always rent space heaters from them and the space heaters were all banged up when they got here as a matter of fact. The year before they were badly beat up. And I had to have them come out and bring me new tops because they look like they had been thrown across the street.That's how badly they were banged up! I spoke to the manager, and she reassured me that because we had been there for so long and that we are a company in the community that many people know of us, that they didn't want to lose us as a customer.And that they were going to give us a FULL REFUND .They charged us close to a thousand dollars for everything, and never paid us back. We will not be using this company again. Purely for the fact that they did not hold up their end of the bargain. And for the straight up, disrespect, an unprofessionalism. They never undid the chairs for us.They didn't put the chair backings on for us.They did not set up the backyard for us.They just delivered and dropped everything off.And left it there. In the past, they have always set the chairs up for us, at least put the space heaters where we asked them to put them. Again, I felt this was very unprofessional. Everything was filthy and they did not pay us back. So here you are, if I could leave.No stars, I would leave no stars. Our party was on december 13th . Sorry, las vegas party rentals, but we will never use you again.You lost a customer of seven years! I don't know if things have changed on your end.But over the years, things have slowly been getting worse and worse and worse.Till it got to the point where it ended up to this mess! And I will add one more thing when they show up, they show up in a blank truck that doesn't have their wrapping on it.With no license on the truck. To be honest with you, I have never paid attention because they always show up before I get outside this time.I went outside and paid attention. We will be using a different party rental place. This year that had a beautiful truck with a wrapping on it. And their license number on it. Their business license.Our neighbor had a party, and everything was set up beautifully.Everything was very professional, and the company did a very nice job.And everything was clean. I think for that kind of money, that's the least that you can do is show up professionally.And leave professionally. Good luck , and we will definitely be using this other company that we found from here, on out for all of our holiday parties!

Stay away from this crowd. Its a non stop shake down. Did not go to even one of the places we wanted. No ice or even a solo cup in the limo. Driver has no clue and someone had to literally talk him through the whole trip. What a waste of money

HORRIBLE COMPANY! The chairs were not clean, and we paid extra for the chairs to be picked up at a certain time, and they were not picked up. We asked for a refund, and they NEVER refunded our money. Additionally, we had to purchase velcro so the cushion would stick to the chairs.

This place is horrible, I paid extra money for chairs to be picked up at a certain time. They were not picked up during that time frame. I have spoken to Caitlin, and Angelia, both have said I would get a refund on the extra delivery charged. I rented the chairs on November 25, 26. It is now December 26. No refund or resolution. I spoke to Angelina on December 15th at 1:00 pm, she stated that my refund was being processed When the chairs were delivered the cushions were in a trash bag, we had to wipe down the chairs and put the cushions on the chairs which the cushions would not stay in place. I spoke Angelina today December 26 she gave me the same story.
As of date today is January 10, 2026, still no refund or follow up.

I have to give a big thank you to Melanie and the guys at will call for their flexibility & help when I showed up and realized that I rented the wrong table for my daughter’s party. Melanie switched my rental to a more suitable table right away and I was able to get it right then instead of having to take another trip back. Thank you so much!

If I could put no stars i would . Terrible service ugly disgusting equipment broken tables dirty dishes glassware etc it goes on. The tents are unsafe and super dirty im surprised he's still in business .
