While on vacation in Vegas, my husband's glasses broke. We googled eyeglass repair near us and were lucky enough to come across this shop. They were very friendly and knowlegable. They did everything in their power to get the issue taken care of and get us quickly on our way. They even reccommended a GREAT place for us to walk to for lunch while we waited.
I brought my Marc Jacobs frames in to get them fixed after my eye doctor broke one of the screws while putting new lenses in. Gloria complemented the frames themselves while I was paying to have the issue fixed. The next day when my frames were ready she then complimented my personality & offered me a tiger frame holder! Safe to say if I have any issues with any other glasses I have, I will definitely be back in! I love this place.
