I have had the occasion to use Jacob twice recently. I couldn't be more happy with the service. He is prompt and always contacts you right back...excellent communication. I would recommend him and his company to any and everyone

My igniton locked up and I could not turn the key or start my car while out running errands. I called 4 or 5 locksmiths in Vegas at the time and most of them had an automated answering service and then a service guy wouold call me back. None of them could come right away. So then I called Las Vegas Lock and Key and was so relieved that the actual owner of the company answered the phone. I got a real person and someone who knew his own schedule! So he said he was really busy and could come in an hour. So then he called me 20 min later to let me know he was on his way. It was a difficult situation where the ignition was completely locked up and he had to drill it out.... read full review

Had my truck of my Buick roadmaster lock out of and he came and great customer service and just was done right and fast and right plus professional had a great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!
