Doctor Steve Lissau is amazing!!!! I called him because all of the late urgent cares were super busy and was about 2-3 hour wait to see a doctor ....we did a tele doctor on the phone and I told him all of my symptoms and sent him some pics of my red eyes with mucus. He said I probably have conjunctivitis in both eyes. He wrote me up a prescription and I was able to get some antibiotics eyedrops. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is very friendly and seems to care a lot for his patients.

Dr. Steve was very helpful and very thorough, kind and called a few times for the next few days to check on my condition and progress. I would recommend him if you are OK with telemedicine-type treatment.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Steve Lissau when my mother took a fall and suffered a wound on her forehead while staying at a hotel on the Strip. After leaving a voicemail, Dr. Lissau called me back promptly. I explained that my mother had stumbled a few hours earlier, that she was currently icing the area, and that we had applied Neosporin. The bleeding had stopped, and fortunately, she wasn't experiencing dizziness, nausea, or vision issues. Dr. Lissau requested that I send photos of the wound, including a close-up with the skin gently spread apart, so he could properly assess the severity and advise us on the next steps. After reviewing the pictures, he recommended cleaning the area and using sterile strips or a butterfly bandage to close the wound. Throughout our interaction, Dr. Lissau was incredibly patient, asking all the right questions and thoughtfully answering mine. His professionalism and calm demeanor provided much-needed reassurance during a stressful moment. Thanks to his expert advice, we were able to avoid an unnecessary trip to the ER and felt much more at ease about the situation. I highly recommend Dr. Lissau. He gave us peace of mind and saved us from hours of waiting and uncertainty at the hospital.

Dr. Lissau was so kind. He talked to me about my eye clot (subconjunctival hematoma) on the phone, and looked at a photo to diagnose me, without an appointment. When I arrived at night in Vegas for a work conference and saw my eye had a blood clot, I searched for urgent care doctors nearby. He explained that it was simply a blood clot, and harmless, and that I just need to wait it out, and not wear any contacts for the time being. Being on a work trip, in a hotel on the Strip, and having access to someone who was so helpful, quickly and effectively, was somewhat of a miracle. Thank you again for your help!

Dr. Lissau was amazing! He took excellent care of me, called back to check on me several times over a few days and even gave me further recommendations. He was thorough and he really took the time to figure out what was going on with me. He's also very personable, empathetic and professional. He was a life saver. I was in so much pain and I looked awful. With just a few tips and tricks I was back to feeling like myself and I looked much better. I cannot thank him or recommend him enough, he saved my Vegas trip, and I am forever grateful.

I was feeling real sick and didn’t want to leave my room and wait in line at a random urgent care. So I discovered this service and I’m so glad I did.Dr. Lissau listened to my symptoms and what medicine I’ve already tried and he then prescribed me new medicine, told me where the closest pharmacy was, and then we connected two more times to make sure it was working. Pleasant experience all around.

We were on our yearly 2 wk vacay to Las Vegas when I came down with a really bad URI. In a moment of desperation I decided to call Dr. Logan with my URI symptoms. I had a throat that felt like it was on fire, congestion and a horrific cough. Covid Neg. Knew it was not your typical cold. I called him on Easter Sunday after being ill for about 4 days. I received a message that he would call back in 10 minutes or so. And he did. We discussed all my symptoms and he then gave me my options (he could come to see me or he could treat me per phone or if I was dying I could go to hospital). I am a retired RN so I felt comfortable with the plan of treating my sx (no evidence of pneumonia or trouble breathing, etc) over the phone. He felt I had tonsillitis (never remember ever having before), bronchitis, etc. I was prescribed an antibiotic, steroid for 3 days (don't know if it helped my symptoms but my knees quit hurting) and cough perle's. I continued taking OTC meds too. By the following Saturday (the day we flew home) my throat was much better and my cough was decreasing. I spent most of my days sleeping and resting so I could go to the shows we had prepaid for. Flying did not help the congestion. Hoping it will resolve on its own. But I am extremely grateful to Dr. Logan. After talking to him on the phone I felt comfortable with his diagnoses and plan to try. He was the consummate professional. He told me that I could call 24/7 for the entire time I was in LV and he would see me or talk to me, no extra charges. I paid for his care AND my meds...less than one ticket cost me for a nice show (my insurance will reimburse anyway). Just an FYI. As mentioned before it was Easter Sunday. The stores were open but the pharmacy parts of Walgreens and CVS , on the Strip ,were ALL closed. We had to drive to outer Las Vegas to get my prescriptions filled. AND there was an hour and a half wait at that. Unbelievable . Apparently they can do that when they have a monopoly on the pharmacy business.

Dr. Steve Lissau of Vegas Hotel Doctors was amazing! My husband needed care over his birthday weekend while we were staying downtown. Not only was Dr. Steve able to get everything taken care of, he continued to follow-up and help us until my husband recovered. We highly recommend his services!

Was staying at the Wynn when I woke up with a 103 degree fever and could barely swallow. Called the concierge and asked if they could send a Doctor up. After finally getting their Doctor on the phone, he basically just said he was busy and to call 911. Great help... sigh. My girlfriend found Dr. Lissau's number shortly after and I can not express how thankful I am she did. He was over in no time to diagnose me and save the day! Called in everything he thought I needed to the CVS across the street and I had meds in my system about an hour later. Felt like a new man within twelve hours. He went above and beyond by calling to check on me over the next three days. Class act and a lifesaver. 10/10
