I have been a VERY satisfied customer of Kortek for over 10 years. During that time I have had the misfortune of coming up with any number of unique computer challenges, all of which they have solved flawlessly. In particular I'd like to commend Kortek's head honcho Lyle; the guy is like a walking encyclopedia of computer knowledge. Any question I've ever brought him he was able to answer either on the spot, or find an answer for me in record time. In particular it's refreshing to observe how much he enjoys his work, and helping people out in general. Actually they are all such good people, and I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I had an older computer and was having some issues with it crashing and initially just thought I could get it fixed as I didn't want the headaches of changing everything over to a new computer. Lyle came out and did a quick assessment and immediately gave me the unfortunate news that it was time and my old computer should be in a museum. He was extremely professional and patient. He worked with me to keep everything looking the same and now that the dust has settled I couldn't be happier.
