    STAY AWAY!!! Don’t be fooled by the good reviews on Google, they are paid for. Check their real reviews on yelp. They are the worst in their business.

    Kings appliance repair did a good job. Joel came to my house, he was professional and very careful to get the mullion heater just right. He also explained why repairs may take 3-6 months to get done. Thermadore does not keep parts, they wait until they get a lot of orders, then have them made, then sent to the country, then to the city...shame on Thermadorem, but kudos to Kings and Joel my technician.

    Credit where credit is due. The way this company communicates is not good but we finally scheduled the repair necessary and the result was excellent. Joel our technician was early and very professional. He repaired the appliance properly and did an overall great job. We liked him and his work very much.

    This so called "Company" is absolute garbage and needs to dismantled and be put out of business!!!! Home Owners Insurance had them on my account for over 3 weeks to come and fix my dishwasher and never heard from them. I had to get in contact with them and once I did they scheduled a tech to come out and no call no show, called back the following day and they said that they will send someone out between 8am-12pm, again no one showed. I called three times and left messages and haven't heard from anyone. Wish I didn't even have to leave a star. They don't deserve it.

    Had a broken ice maker on a 2008 Kitchenaid refrigerator. They found the part and replaced it as scheduled and successfully. Joel was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would hire them again without hesitation!

    Trust the bad reviews. It's been 18 months and I've paid over $700 for make-believe repairmen. Shame on me for letting it go on so long but EVERYONE should be forewarned. These guys don't know what they are doing. They were hired to fix a range and despite being paid for multiple visits, they managed to BREAK my appliance. It now beeps 15 times a minute, day and night. What I noticed is they come out, charge you for labor and move to the next customer. They never order parts and never follow up. They must make all their money from labor charges alone. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Sad they are still in business. They are getting reported to the Better Business Bureau.

    UPDATE TO Previous Review: The response from this business was 100% wrong, and they preyed upon my wife being home alone working and expecting them to do the job they were paid to do. There was ZERO communication from this company, zero calls, and I left voicemails as well. The response below from Brenda is 100% incorrect. On the phone there was no statement of $155 service fees for both units, there was no notification on the $613. Again the workers took advantage of my wife working and not being able to watch them the entire time. And when they came back to fix the fridge with the parts we waited for weeks for, it took 5 minutes and they said "we can't get the part out sorry can't fix it" and that was it. Yet we were still charged for those parts as well. Its not until I put together this review that all of a sudden we have the ability to respond. Interesting. ONE STAR for poor service, poor communication, and literally grifting us out of money for services and materials not performed. Disgusting. Quote directly from my wife "I prepaid for a part that was not opened (I confirmed with the tech onsite) nor used as I was told the fridge wasn't repairable and a service call that included repair for which the repairs were never done. I also specifically asked and was told I would not be charged for the part nor for the service call when the techs came on August 7 and expected a full refund of the pre-payment since the box the part came in was never opened."
