I was looking for a one-time cleaning to kick off the summer season and found Shannon after 3 other companies either refused to clean or had astronomical pricing. We ended up being outside of his service area but still Shannon was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions and explained exactly what was needed. He even tried to call some of his pool buddies to see who he could recommend to come out. It's hard to find service like that these days. If I'm ever in his area, I will be using Jurassic for sure!

Shannon of Jurassic Pools came recommended by the house owner when we rented this 5 bedroom home with a large pool and jacuzzi in the backyard. I've had pool service before in my other homes and never thought much about them but Shannon is the best. He spends as much time as necessary on your home even though we just pay him one monthly fee. He will not cut corners or just skimp on the work - if he can't finish in a day, he will return the next day and finish the job to make sure the pool, jacuzzi, heater and motors are all working perfectly. He typically also texts me during the week to make sure things are going well. I have referred him to others in the neighborhood...read full review
