Such an awesome company to work with. Crazy how in this day and age the basic things are what set most companies apart.

You call…someone answers!
You set an appointment…. Someone shows up! You have a problem….They have a solution.

Unfortunate that most companies can’t accomplish the basic things in business, but Pool smart hits it way out of the park. With in a matter of hours, they had a technician out to my home working diligently to troubleshoot the problem. We found a solution and are moving forward. If you need anything done to your pool or pool equipment, don’t hesitate. This is a phenomenal company.

Our pool stopped working. I ended up speaking to Trinity to set an appointment. Jonny came out fixed quick I guess it was a wire. He was so nice very professional and didn't even charge me. Let's just say these will be my go to pool people. They way everyone charges for every little thing. I thought that was really cool. Keep up the great work.

I was in due diligence period for a house and luckily pool smart was able to send someone out on short notice to evaluate the pool. He was extremely informative and provided a lot of detailed information on his diagnosis of suspected problems. I did not wind up purchasing the house based on some other problems, but would definitely consider reaching out again when I need pool servicing or an evaluation. Thanks.
