Don't ever waste your money getting your car washed there. Everything they advertise is fake and the cheapest wash is 30.00. I got my car washed there and then drove home 6 blocks away. When I drove later in the day I could barely see out of my windows because they were so streaked. I we back this morning to show them how streaked they were and they refused to clean them because I should have noticed it before I left. The sun wasn't shin so there was no way to see how bad it was. i will never go back there again. They wouldn't even wipe them to get rid of the streaks and the rude cashier pretendEd to call the owner and they wouldn't even take the 2 minutes to wipe them even tho they had no customers. Now I know why the place is never crowded and they only have one person working there washing the cars. If they are lucky enough to have 2 cars to wash then you will have a 30 minute wait. This is your warning. Don't ever get your car washed there.

I was just told by a lady at 10 AM in the morning that I couldn't sit in front of the store after I bought a black and milds from the store I could not smoke it in front of the store the lady said that I was loitering and asked me to leaveTerrible customer service and rude and false accusations it is not against the law to smoke in front of the store you had made business with and it's not called soliciting if I purchase something from the that cashier needs to be replace immediately I'm an African-American and I felt that that was a micro aggression and defamation of character and gave me false information when I asked to talk to corporate also call the police on me if anyone seeing this do not go to this gas station very very white racist manager old ash lady

Usually I have a good experience I will not be going back there any longer the cashier girl is very unprofessional and rude and every time i'll bring my truck in there it goes through the tunnel for some reason today it wouldn't go through the tunnel haven't changed anything and they tried to charge me double shame on them

Very windy day on a Saturday, March 5 not very busy but still took an hour and a half to do a car wash then I go out and paid extra to get the Mays done and he did not do them! So how to wait additional 20 minutes for that to be done. Employees do not pay attention to detail, was one of the worst car washes for the price that I have ever had I would not recommend them. You have to do your credit card two times to get gas no good customer service just has somebody's name on it that was a used to be. Definitely was not surprised as it was bad before got better and now went really downhill would never go back again now I know why I stopped going the first time.

I am using my friends Yelp because I don't have one but my name is Ashley Itook my car for a hand wash and detail which was 100$ I left my car so there was no rush on their end to clean my car. I received a call at 6pm at night to come pick up my car I arrived and all the lights were off and pitch dark I didn't mind not to inspect my car because I had them wash it before. I drove home I parked in the garage turn the lights on to finally look at my car and my side view mirror cover is broken and slightly placed back on to make it look like it was fine. I proceeded to see smudges all over the windows side view mirrors and panels of my car. I tipped the detailer 50$so money is never a issue. I called the car wash 15 min after I left and the lady said the manager will be in at 9 am. I called at 10 am hoping to solve the issue over the phone she proceeded to tell me to email customer support that there is no manager in house and that she doesn't believe they did the damage. I was mad anyone would call me a liar for something so petty so I drove down to the car wash and she was there she finally saw the damaged and was helpful told me to email customer support and she will help as well. I have emailed customer support 17 times in the past two weeks no reply. I wouldn't mind changing my rating but if it doesn't I will make sure I get other friends to write negative reviews as well.

This place totally went to s**** It used to be busy and good. Now there is just one car washer and one cashier. I've been waiting 45 minutes and no one is her. Don't come here

The worst customer service I've ever encountered at showtime car wash on Tropicana and Jones location Las Vegas no. They opened at8:00 am and waited 45 minutes before anyone attended me. I asked for a manager and refund since I NeedEd to leave and manager would not give me a refund. I've been a loyal customer for years and will never return. I'm not sure if they're under a different ownership but PLEASE EVERYONE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT CARWASH. PLACE. They SUCK ON ALL LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SERVIVCE!!!!

This place is a joke. With no one in front of me at the car wash my car sat there for 23mins before it was taken thru. While I'm sitting inside waiting you couldn't help but see over 20 cut outs of Jose and even a sign advertising the price Jose's autographs... This place is worse this his career and book. It is a dump just like the rat he is.
