I haven't had any driving issues with this company but from what I can say is that they helped me with one of the worlds worst chillers. Other companies gave me a run around with saying they couldn't help get my companies AC chiller running less than a week and a half to two weeks. Johnson got the call and fixed everything within 3 days. Huge shoutout to Jeremiah D on their team for being great with communication, great field notes, and being flexible with my business hours . He is my go to guy now and I know I can rely on him.

On 5/9/2025 at 1:23pm, we experienced an extremely rude, tail-gating, middle finger-using employee, driving vehicle #72202141, in AZ traffic. This experience will keep us from ever contacting this company for service because if an employee thinks this is acceptable behavior when driving the company vehicle, we can only imagine what their customer service is like. No thank you!

Looking at the reviews I can see this companies known for its dangerous driving practice. Was cut off today, on valley view going south, by a driver. He drove in the dirt on my right side to cut me off, almost hitting me and then sped off. This was around 12:40. That area is a residential area too that he was speeding through.
