Great experiance. Good group of guys running the place. Took the extra time to go over the vehicle and make sure everything was sound. Price was solid. Fluids changed, tires rotated. A great first stop of your just settling in to the area!
I got a differential flush, oil change and an engine flush. Not up sold I came in looking for it. They did great, soldier was who I spoke with and I loved the clarity, and explanations. I know a decent amount about cars I changed my oil on my old car but want to keep my carfax updated for this car. Soldier explained everything well enough for my 2 year old to understand, and in a non-demanding way which isn't easy. I highly recommended this place I've gone here for about 2 years now and haven't had a problem. Plus Mr. Chi is right across the street with a delicious Vietnamese coffee
I took My Honda CRV in today for an oil change. The location of this Jiffy Lube is 4590 W. Cactus. The mileage I drive has gone down a lot. When I took it in, Usysses greeted us. He then pulled the car in to start service. Just a few minutes later he came to discuss the service. He told us that we had only driven about 2000 miles since last service. No service was needed at this time. He went ahead and checked the tires and fluids in the car. There was NO charge today. That was spectacular. He could have well let the car sit for some time and then charged us for the service. This is trusty worth service. My rating is a 10 plus. Thank you Usysses.
