Absolutely one of the worst dealerships I have dealt with. Ive been working with the dealership for a couple weeks. I finally settled on a vehicle. The car I chose was at a sister dealership in SLC. The LV sales man told me they could get any vehicle from any of their lots for a $1k DEPOSIT. (not a deliver fee). The sales guy I was working with ghosted me for several days. So I reached out to the SLC dealership. They told me they could deliver it in 2 days with a $2k Delivery fee. Sales person in LV FINALLY got back with me. We negotiated pricing And they couldnt bring it down yesterday or today. I had to wait several days. and it would just be easier if I would just buy a vehicle from their lot that was traded in over the weekend. Edited: after speaking with one of their sales managers at length, I have discovered multiple lies I was told. The sales man I was originally was dealing with is now gaslighting me via text and telling me its not how it actually happened. yet I have the text messags to prove it. More lies. and they definitely did not earn my business!!
