Absolutely one of the worst dealerships I have dealt with. Ive been working with the dealership for a couple weeks. I finally settled on a vehicle. The car I chose was at a sister dealership in SLC. The LV sales man told me they could get any vehicle from any of their lots for a $1k DEPOSIT. (not a deliver fee). The sales guy I was working with ghosted me for several days. So I reached out to the SLC dealership. They told me they could deliver it in 2 days with a $2k Delivery fee. Sales person in LV FINALLY got back with me. Great dealership! The whole crew especially my sales guy Dino know their profession well. Went for an oil change and left with a new truck that I thought wasn’t going to happen due to high interest rates. They made it work and didn’t pull the usual dredging dealership shenanigans. They have a customer for life. Ty! ?
