I had the pleasure of having Charles and Jacob come and clean my carpeting today. Super nice guys, extremely hard workers and knowledgeable of their craft. Could not be happier. So glad I used J2!

Charles cleaned our three types of floors yesterday: laminate, tile and carpet. He also resealed the laminate and grout in between the tile. He was so kind. So professional and courteous. I would hire this company again, anytime. What a marvelous experience. Thank you, Charles. And Jeff! He was a joy to speak with on the phone. And he explained everything so well. I love this company and will be using them again.

I called and spoke to Jeff. After explaining my grout had become dingy, he offered a couple options to meet my budget and needs. I was scheduled quickly. Jacob and Charles arrived early for the appointment and did a sample area to make sure they could deliver on Jeff's promises. Once I was satisfied, Jacob and Charles did a great job. Very efficient and repectful of my furniture ... and my dog! I am very happy with the the service I received from J2 Cleaning.
