Came in for a damaged screen and the customer service was A+. Technician gave me estimates for various repairs (front and back vs just front) also explained the different screens available and their functionality. Technician did not rush me to make a decision. My phone was repaired in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely be back if needed!
I am super bad when it comes to my phone and drop it almost daily. This is the second time I've gone to IPhone Doctor to fix my screen and each time the phone turns out good as new. I do however think they raised their price I paid 119.21 with tax included and I recall it only being $99 the first time.
Two weeks ago I dropped my phone and my green cracked. After two weeks my phone proceeded to get worse and worse until I absolutely needed to come in and get it fixed. Tonya and Fin at this establishment immediately took my phone in and fixed it promptly. I also had an issue with my charging port and they fixed it without charging me. I highly recommend this place for any one that needs their phone fixed. I feel like I have a brand new phone !
