Affordable Technology Repair - Summerlin

It's unfortunate that I have to give this company one star as their service was below average. I called the company first to consult by phone about my Canon 70D, I told them about my issue and they said to bring it in. I brought the camera in, talked with the owner face to face and asked him if he was confident about taking the job and he said yes. He promised 3-5 business days for it to be completed and they failed miserably. On top of keeping my camera for over a month and NEVER updating me on status, they sent my camera to another company without my consent or authorization and the problem I brought the camera in for still wasn't resolved. Working with them was a huge inconvenience and major disservice to my company. Horrible customer service and zero communication, I don't know how they stay in business. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Thank you for the amazing quick and efficient service! We appreciate the customer service, especially very understanding and helpful every step of the way my phone is perfect back to normal now thank you so much!

Excellent service! My phone suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t turn on. They found out the issue was the battery, replaced it, and brought my phone back to life. The repair was done quickly and everything works perfectly now. Very professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!
