I can’t recommend this company enough!!! I loved the at this was family/friends business! Support small businesses when you can! My dad passed away September 28th 2024. Unfamiliar with this process, the hospice contacted Inspired life memorials. Within less than hour they picked up my dad. The young man that came in, shook each one of our hands and gave his condolences. He handled my dad with extreme care and kindness. He also took the time to drape the Gurnee with an American flag as my dad was a veteran for the Navy. This also occurred over the weekend. We made appt to come in and Angelica Williams took care of my mom and I. She and the staff were all amazing!! I did not feel like this was a transactional service. Everything was handled with loving care !! There was no pressure and supported us in honoring my dad‘s wishes and my mom’s. Upon picking up my dad‘s ashes. They did a beautiful display and gave me time to take it all in. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking great care of my dad in this final stage!!
I can’t thank Kirk and the team at Inspired Life Memorials enough for what they have done for me and my family. We were unfortunately faced with the loss of my mother. She was is in the care of another funeral home prior to and we were not handled with care. I immediately called and spoke with the team there and was guided on how to transfer my mom into their care. Within 30 mins I had arrived at their Summerlin location and was greeted at the door by Kirk with care and compassion. The transfer was smooth and every detail we wanted was paid attention to and carried out with care as if my mom was their mother. We were treated like family. We were met with compassion and kindness. My mom’s memorial was perfect. We were able to have a dove release for her and honor her in our way. Kirk was a perfect master of ceremony and director of the memorial. There was so much care and personal touches put into her cremation even down to the release of her remains into my care. When I picked up my mother’s remains she was presented to me in the celebration lounge, with a photo of her on their electronic screen, and her favorite music lightly playing. It was so beautiful and meaningful and will forever be etched in my heart. Thank you Kirk and Inspired Life Memorials for making a very difficult time in our lives, a beautiful memory. I highly recommend if you are looking for exceptional care for your loved one as they transition to the after life.
Jevon Banks is a great friend of mine. I had an associate who recently lost a family member. Javon Absolutely took care of her needs. Made it a very easy process and took much stress off of her situation! If you are in the need for his services this is the place to call!
