This was an outstanding experience for myself and my household. John and Jeremy provided excellent customer service, were knowledgeable regarding their product, and went above and beyond my expectations!!! My technician Asai came on time. Installation was easy and he went thru all the info for all security situations. He helped me setup my account and app, walking me thru all the important settings. After installation the technician cleaned up any mess. Overall, I had a great experience getting my security system installed.
