Derek is amazing!! My experience with the integrated health and wellness center is different from any other physical Therapy center I’ve visited. They don’t just greet you at the door and then put you on a bike or a treadmill. Derek works with me. One on one for 30 or more minutes every single time that I’m there working to break down tight or sore muscles teaching me exercise exercises in a one-on-one session that will help me strengthen my problem areas. He and the entire team are amazing!

IHW is the Only place I would go for physical therapy. I have gone after a knee replacement and now to try and avoid shoulder surgery. The therapists really spend time working problem areas and supervise exercises. I have been to other places. Trust me: this is the place if you want improvement.

I have been to many places for physical therapy and this is the BEST. There is no giving you a sheet of exercises and you are on your own. The therapist is right there with you to watch that you are in correct form and to listen to your feedback. I recommend highly to everyone.
