Working with Home Instead was a blessing for my family when my Nana got sick. Our main caregiver, Angela, was a blessing. The care she provided was as if she was a part of the family. We appreciated her patience, kindness, and attention she gave to my Nana and relief for our family during this time. Angela assisted with not only caring for my Nana but also assisting with shopping, errands, and so much more. We couldn't be more grateful for Home Instead. My mom lives far away from me, and having reliable, compassionate care for her has been such a gift. Home Instead has been part of keeping my father at home & thriving into his 90s. The team is responsive and the in-home caregivers are like part of the family! Meng-Choo takes such good care of my dad & watches out for him like I would. She's a huge reason his day-to-day runs smoothly, and she also keeps in touch with me to keep me in the loop. Meng-Choo (who we call Cindy) is the best and I don't know how we'd get along without her! We are also lucky to have Sue, who comes in one day a week. She first started with our family when my mother was ill, and also became a trusted help to make the last years of my mother's life easier on the whole family.
