Love Serena's color work! I have coarse Asian hair and want to go silver lilac...Miss Serena did it in 2 visits and minimal damage! She takes her time and does amazing color work...Will only go to her in the future.
Where do I start? I came to the salon almost 6 months ago or so because I was having issues with my extensions. I was paying someone top dollar to install and within a week or so, they'd already be having complications. That's when I reached out to Serena and she got me in right away to help fix them for minimal $$. After that, I started going to her for my installs. She has always been willing to get me in on short notice thankfully but I highly suggest booking an appointment because she does get busy. It wasn't until recently that I knew the full extent of her knowledge, education and experience in hair, I had thought it was ONLY a hair extension salon... read full review
I know hair shouldn’t define someone’s self-confidence, but in my case it does. I called this salon hoping for someone to put extensions into my very short, blunt, and thick bob haircut. This is the second Salon in vegas that I have tried and I will go nowhere else. Serena Took me in for same-day appointment and spent hours making sure that my hair was to my liking. It came out better than I could’ve expected. I will go nowhere else, but to Serena for my hair needs.
