I came out, Sunday, 7:45pm, when it was still open. Doors were locked and lady inside told us to come through a different door but there wasn't another door. Came back and same thing. She was with a client watching a movie or something and was alone. Yes, I didn't book an appointment, that's my bad, but I couldve sworn the maps and site said walk-ins were fine. Especially at the least busiest time? Idk what's going on, but I would have been cool if the lady didn't lead me and my partner to another door that didn't exist. And yes, we circled the building.

If they had a -negative 5⭐️ I would add it to the reviews. My mother had an appointment yesterday to get blond highlights but at this salon all they do is bleach your hair and do not add any color or highlights. The quality of their work was very poor. We are in 2022 how can you continue to use cheap product or just bleach. I will never recommend this salon to anyone and will NEVER take my mother back again. It was so bad that I had to dye my mother's hair again with a darker color so she can feel better. The picture speaks for it self!!! Very very dissatisfied. This place is a Ripoff. Take your hair dollar where you can comb them. Do not ever sat on a chair here before paying in advance the full fare. Do not give a dollar more than what is negotiated before the start. In short stay clear of this place.
