Harmony Healthcare is a healthcare provider that offers a mixed experience. While the front office staff can be lacking in soft skills, the healthcare professionals, such as Dr. Wagner and Danny CPC, are described as wonderful and professional. The company could benefit from hiring more friendly and respectful staff, especially when dealing with patients facing various challenges.
Brandon has got to be the worst psychiatrist. I felt hopeful after my visits with my last pyschiatrist but she left & I was assigned Brandon. I left the office in tears & feeling the most hopeless I have felt in a very long time. He insisted that i was prescribed a certain medication before I started seeing the previous psychiatrist which is definitely not true because i specifically recall the in office conversation with the previous psychiatrist about the pros & cons about this medicine & why she thought it would be a good fit for me. But he is insisting this medication is the cause of my problems & not to take this medication. He also asked me what kind of medication...read full review
if i can give this place 0 stars I WOULD. Front office is awful, called to have my sister scheduled for a psych visit, they said she's set, got there today AND THEY TOLD ME SHE ISN'T SCHEDULED FOR ANYTHING. When I clearly had everything written down for her schedule. Waste of time and gas. God I hate this place!

The front desk staff is always so rude. They don't offer appropriate help. I had an appointment, and as always my appointment gets pushed back without notice. I needed an emergency psychiatric evaluation, my primary made the appointment, and always the same issue. They reminded me why I stopped coming back in 2023 , I would avoid this location.
