UPDATE: Thankfully there was an understanding of sorts and we definitely feel if you go to this location request to work with Rebecca directly. If we did we think it would've gone much smoother. Reaching out for help is a difficult and touchy subject for some. Thank you and good luck.Unfortunately this business does not have their stuff together. Bad communication, Bad customer service, Bad vibes. When a patient comes in and discloses their personal/private information to you they shouldn't leave feeling duped or discouraged. Freddy is helping me work through some issues lately that I couldn't have done alone. I will continue to go to him and work on myself. The location is convenient and i definitely recommend. Freddy has accommodated my schedule as well which is crazy being a working mom.
