I found this shop because I’m in temporary housing on this side of town due to a home repair. They were able to squeeze us in on my only day off for the week. (That got them bonus points to begin with). Sue groomed SInickerdoodle, , my female, , maltipoo. She did an AMAZING job. I highly recommend this shop. Everyone friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you- this is the second or third time I’ve used this shop and they do a fantastic job each and every time

They did a great job!! I'm a new cat mommy. I adopted a 4 year old from the shelter that is very skittish. Misti groomed him and she was the best!! She was able to keep him calm enough to give him a bath, clean his ears, trim his fur, and clip his nails. You are the best! Thank you for the excellent service and professionalism!

The staff is extremely nice and they do a very good job on my furbaby. She smells so good and comes home in a happy mood. The service is superb and I never have a problem with scheduling.

I have a rescue who had bitten groomers before we got him. This was a stretch i thought to call Happy and Lucky because I assumed that they would never be willing to groom a schnauzer with an ugly bite past. I spoke to Chris and was absolutely blown away with his willingness to try to groom my beloved dog. I ended up getting an appointment less than an hour later and as I dropped him off, he asked me very important questions and I was sure I would get a call soon after telling me my boy had tried to bite him. Two hours later, he called me to tell me he was all finished and, he still had all of his fingers and hands. When I went to pick him up, I couldn’t believe the transformation my dog had in just two hours. Besides the fact that he was absolutely adorable, now with his new schnauzer cut, he was wagging his tail and happy around somebody he barely knew, and someone he did not bite. I have to say without question I would give this place 10 stars if I could because they made me and my dog feel at peace and they took care of him. As if he were one of their own. I will absolutely go back and I have only great things to say about Chris, thank you so much! UPDATE- Chris is no longer there so I initially panicked. However the new groomer, Lola, is great with him. He was not very nice today but they are always great with him and his nasty behavior.
