Just very unfortunate when you let someone into your home and go over the ideas you have to make your dreams come true and they take all of the measurements and explain the whole process than in a way blow you off. I have even asked for the quote when I was advised it would be provided and still nothing. I could only imagine this kind of communication if I had hired this company.
