Everyone we engaged with at half price flooring was absolutely great, but I really need to give a shout out to Ivan, who was exceptional. We are just a small family that’s going to be doing the flooring on our own. Ivan was incredibly supportive, took the time to explain everything, and made sure we got the absolute best deal. He double and in some cases, triple called people to make sure everything was going to ship on time, and even double checked with us once we got the confirmation from the warehouse that our laminate was in. Absolutely stellar individual, and I would be happy to do business with him again!
We had a great experience with Robert. He was very helpful. Do to an unforeseen issue on our end we had to cancel our purchase. Robert has Sean, one of their trusted installers to consult us. Sean confirmed an issue with our subfloor which saved us from making a big mistake with our choice of flooring. Unfortunately we weren't about to complete our purchase. I recommend working Robert, he was very patient and helpful.
