Red Rock Flooring and Design left us high and dry on our flooring renovation. We paid up front for the full price of the materials. We purchased flooring a month in advance after Red Rock assured us that the flooring would be available for pickup on the week of June 24th. Our flooring installer was scheduled to begin work on July 1st.

We called to confirm delivery, and were told that the floors were on the truck for delivery, and now would be available on July 1st. On the 28th at 3pm, they let us know the flooring would not be available until mid-July. They gave us two business hours of notice before the flooring installer was scheduled to arrive.

Initially, Eric was very communicative and we thought we were lucky enough to have made a connection also for future renovations. We discussed our budgets and timeframes and we were on the same page. Just before the discussed time frame, we messaged him to confirm the arrangement to receive no response. We gave it time thinking that due to holidays Eric was busy. We messaged after the holidays but again were ignored. Finally, after a few weeks we made it clear that we needed to start the project and it will be our last attempt to contact him.
