I would have left zero stars if I could. Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Maltinski, took a babysitter for my 2 babies and drive 35 minutes to this place to see this doctor specifically. When I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment I was notified that the doctor is not even in today and they didn't bother to cancel or reschedule the appointment or even just let me know about this.

I went to Guadalupe medical on North nellis then the doctor retired. Decided to go to the one on Charleston different doctor now. I went in for physical and routine blood work.. after this was done I told the doctor I've been having a cough! He walked out of the room came back in within 30 to 45 seconds and told me my insurance did not cover that and told me to get Mucinex over the counter! Two weeks later go back in for results on blood work told him I still had a persistent cough! He then ordered the prescription x-rays he forgot 2 weeks earlier he lied to me about my insurance not covering my cough.. during my physical I had a EKG done which was done wrong so that led me to see a heart doctor.. heart doctor did EKG nothing wrong! Said something to the office help about why the doctor said my insurance didn't cover my cough ..Wouldn't you know the next visit they set me up for was with a different doctor!. Shame on you Reynard. People's health that you are dealing with should come first not sending me away just for another billing!

8:15 appointment Dr shows up at 8:32 place open @8 a.m wasn't seen until 9:45 just to get my meds refilled

My doctor here has helped me get my asthma under control. I haven't been hospitalized for over two years, since being treated here. Front office staff are helpful. Waiting time is reasonable. Walk-in appointment waiting time is reasonable too, (for me that is).Thank you for help me.

All locations are terrible Unprofessional and irresponsible. Lost important medical scans. Had to pay another office visit to redo test. Terrible diagnoses I was referred to a specialist from them and he said the doctor license should be revoked. He diagnosed Quote” my heart was not getting oxygen and dying Specialist said he was an idiot. Run. Do not go to any of these locations. BEWARE

very sad that a medical clinic has very bad personal as its face. I just went to have lab at the Nellis clinic and the lady bruise my arm. I will attach pictures and it was worse, I wa not thinking on posting it, but after few days thinking about it, I realize that I don't deserve to be treated like that and people needs to know. I had seen the ladies that work there with attitude and bad mood with talking or taking care of people. no fair. very unfortunate that we. don't have insurance , but me pero al I'm looking for other options for medical treatment, I don't have to tolerate them!!!

The receptionist Debbie does not want to give me my own lab results which I have the right to get because it's my own medical record. Debbie from the receptionist is very unfriendly and rude. I don't recommend going to this clinic.

Terrible service, it seems that the workers they have will not be paid and they have super rude forces in all the clinics, and this is the worst one you can see. I think they have no one to pay their attention, it seems as if one were going to ask free service I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
