I went to them on Tuesday to get treatment. Until today Friday they don’t send my prescription to the pharmacy. And I am not sure if I get my medicine today. Everyday I call them but without any help. I’m sick and I need the medicine, they don’t care about their patients. I strongly don’t recommend this clinic for any type of treatment.
Just wasted 2 hours again trying to get a test done with my referral from them that was once again filled out wrong. They said they would fax correction, but did not. Once again turned away. This office struggles with incompetence.
This medical center gives you more problems and questions, than answers. I feel bad since a lot of low income/migrants come here for medical help. It's not worth it. I've had horrible experiences here. ?
