I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Nilda Atienza-Isman. I waited one hour to be seen and paid $120 for the consultation. I had been experiencing headaches and neck pain for six days, along with ear discomfort, but I left feeling dismissed and confused.
During the appointment, she told me that I had a throat infection because my tonsils were swollen and said she was going to prescribe amoxicillin. I explained that my tonsils have always been large and that I did not have any throat pain or discomfort. Dr. Gennady Maltinsky was very professional, patient, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns, reviewed my previous blood work with me, and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. He also gave me helpful advice about my diet and what I can do to improve my health. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush the appointment and actually took the time to help. Highly recommend Dr. Maltinsky.

Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Maltinski, took a babysitter for my 2 babies and drive 35 minutes to this place to see this doctor specifically. When I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment I was notified that the doctor is not even in today and they didn't bother to cancel or reschedule the appointment or even just let me know about this.
