If you are in the market for Property Management, keep looking. As a Property Owner where they manage the complex, something is not right because their recommendations on priorities to keep our property values at their best leave much to be desired. There appears to be a conflict of interest in their management style and I do not believe they have the Owners best interest in mind when it comes to preserving or protecting the Owners property.

Our garage was broken into because a realtor who lives in the copper palms apartments on buffalo blvd left her garage door unlocked. The thieves who she probably knows kicked a hole through the cheap wall and stole collectables, comic books, clothing, and items that belonged to our deceased child. The HOA says they have no cameras, although you would think they would. They have some old security guard who walks around and is useless because we were able to be robbed. No one wants to take responsibility, and the realtor who lives there admitted she saw the holes in the walls and she did NOT notify the police or the HOA !!!!!! THE OWNER WONT EVEN HELP US. THIS HOA NEEDS TO BE SUED FOR NEGLIGENCE ALONG WITH CARMEN RUIZ WHO OWNS THE GARAGE SPACE.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company to deal with. Linda and Sway are not only unreasonable, but unethical as well. They both currently have complaints against their licenses. Just asking for a roof leak to be fixed has turned out to be a three month ordeal.. Promised the repair IN WRITING TWICE, and NOTHING has been done to fix the problem.
