Online check in was easy. Nice service however, it is exactly what I thought. Even after showing a picture of exactly what I wanted which was a fade. I just got a shave. Even though I showed her the part and the blend. I just got a hard shave around. It seems when I visit these places out of necessity I seem to find someone who doesn't care or has basic skills.
I was about to give up on Great Clips after trying 3 different locations However luckily I went to give the Serene location another try. Keiko is absolutely FANTASTIC. For the first time I wasn’t rushed out of there after a few clipper swipes. Her service is top notch. You can absolutely tell she cares about her clients and her job. She is so polite and friendly. Now I can totally see why she’s the only one with people waiting for her when they could’ve gotten cut sooner by someone else. She has definitely gained another customer. Please don’t let this one get away !!
Average experience. Checked in online. I used the feature where it tells you when to head to the shop when you are close to the top of the list. I left shortly after receiving the text and when I arrived I was at the top of the wait-list. All stylists were busy when I arrived so they told me to just take a seat. After they finished cutting the patrons ahead of me, they came over, but by now my name has disappeared from the list. They needed my phone number to re-add me, but it didn't work, so I had to re-check-in online.
