Love Brookes work. I’ve been coming over a year now. Ever since my first visit I told her my dislikes from other techs in past and she has always made sure to do everything to make my visits pleasant. Never had a bad fill or set from Brooke ! She reads her customers well and knows when I want to talk or take a nap lol.
My girl moved and now the place is awful they called me telling me I was late when I wasn't supposed to be there till the next day. Then that day, they called Saying. I was late again when my confirmation said I didn't need to be there for a 1/2 hour, so they canceled my appointment. I will not be back there EVER.
I have been a client with glam parlor for years now and I finally found my favorite artist Danielle is so professional and personable I love my sets every time and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new lash artist
